During its 25 year history, HANSA TREUHAND, has financed and managed a number of shiptypes, although a strong focus lies in the container tonnage. By the end of the year 2007 70 funds have been under the management of HANSA TREUHAND. All current managed funds are performing in average above estimations and in comparison to peer group 38% with 52% less votality. Since the formation of HANSA TREUHAND in 1983 27 funds were paid back by selling the respective ship; the average return after taxes amounted to more 21% p.a.
